Amazing family-owned Italian restaurant. Everything is made to order and fresh. Reminded us of restaurants we had in Italy with great food and great atmosphere.
Went back to La Taberna Ristorante in London last night. Not just for the food (though the pasta & tiramisu was incredible )... ...but for the feeling. The father greets you like an old friend. The mother and daughter cook from the heart. The young son serves with a shy smile that stays with you. It’s not a restaurant—it’s their home. And for a few hours, you’re family too. In a world of fast service and big chains, this little place reminded me that real hospitality has a soul. Some places feed your stomach. This one feeds your heart too.
An absolutely beautiful, local gem. The food is delicious, homely yet filling. The owner is so warm and friendly. The bruschette is fantastic and the pasta is superb. We had the mushroom pasta and the day special which was artichoke tortellini with the most delicious spicy tomato sauce. Highly recommend!
A cozy and authentic Sicilian spot; tasty food and good service. The swordfish pasta was perfect and the fish tasted very fresh. Parmigiana was great to start and not too heavy. Will recommend this spot to my Italian friends with confidence & will be returning myself.
A wonderful, authentic, family run Italian - always delicious homemade pasta with fresh ingredients. Seafood specials are always a highlight. We visit regularly and have never been disappointed.
Amazing. Truly authentic, the owner served us all night, true Italian don. Food was great, starts, mains and dessert. We had a few starters, and the lobster tortelloni, the pistachio gnocchi at the end is a MUST HAVE. LEGIT!
One of my favourite local restaurants! I love coming to this place, the food is always 10/10, the service is always friendly and it’s incredibly well priced. Been here lots of times and will be back plenty more!
This is the first Italian restaurant in London where I felt at home. It’s not like the other pretentious Italian overpriced pasta places. It’s cosy, genuine, welcoming and the food is delicious! Super happy I found it, and will definitely come back. I had tortelloni with porcini mushrooms and a cream sauce to die for. But whatever your preference, make sure to try gnocchi al pistacchio as a dessert.
